The System Manager performs scheduled tasks at specified times on selected days. Once set up the system runs with a minimum of user input. It can be set up to email a specified administrator when a scheduled task succeeds or fails and there is a full enquiry on tasks run. System Manager enables or restricts users on key features such as overriding prices, viewing costs/margins, selling part units and setting preferred delivery dates and addresses. Send Sales Templates to Odyssey Office with special or promotional pricing, displaying new or end of line stock items. Send confirmed order/quotation acknowledgement emails direct to the customer. When raising orders, users can enquire by contact or customer account. Enter product details via templates, with any line selection permitting multiple sales units and pricing types. e.g. customer special pricing and discount matrices. Customer Enquiry includes account status and credit limit back checks, outstanding transactions and historic orders. |
