Odyssey Mobile is a system that enables your sales force to take orders remotely on a PDA (Personal Digital Assistant) running Windows Mobile. The system links seamlessly to most back office accountancy applications taking in information from the Back Office application for use when taking orders on the PDAs and sending our sales orders from the orders taken on the PDAs.

The system uses standard email to transmit information between the Odyssey System Manager and the PDAs, and can provide "real-time" information via web services.

Click to go to the Odyssey Webstore product page Odyssey Webstore is an application resident on a Web hosted domain that allows ASP.NET. Uploaded to the Webstore is the Product Master Records (including pricing and discount types), Debtors Static and Location details. For Analysis purposes, Historic sales orders and recent account transactions are also transferred and stored within the Webstore database. The Webstore is designed to provide a fixed mechanism for users to place sales orders. Orders can be taken for account customers and cash customers, and Odyssey provides look-ups on recent trading history. Since the mechanism for processing orders remains unchanged, the customer’s ‘web styling’ can replace the Odyssey Webstore look and feel.
