Welcome to the Roundhouse Home Stores online shop - the demonstration site for Odyssey Webstore from Roundhouse Software Limited

Odyssey Webstore is an application resident on a Web hosted domain that allows ASP.NET. Uploaded to the Webstore is the Product Master Records (including pricing and discount types), Debtors Static and Location details. For Analysis purposes, Historic sales orders and recent account transactions are also transferred and stored within the Webstore database. The Webstore is designed to provide a fixed mechanism for users to place sales orders. Orders can be taken for account customers and cash customers, and Odyssey provides look-ups on recent trading history. Since the mechanism for processing orders remains unchanged, the customer’s ‘web styling’ can replace the Odyssey Webstore look and feel.

Features include:

Seamless links with multiple back office accountancy systems including Sage Line 50, Sage 200 and Sage Line 500.
Trade and retail customers (optional).
Statement information available to trade customers - imported at regular intervals from your back office accountancy system.
Order history available to all customers.
Special prices for trade customers in line with your back office accountancy system.
"Live" product and customer balances (updated at regular intervals - determined by you)
Multiple delivery addresses.
Product templates / catalogues.
Selection by product group with a configurable menu structure.
Flexible delivery charging by total value / total quantity / total weight / single charge with surcharges by product type and delivery postcode.
The facility to group products allowing the "grouped product type" to be shown to the user and the product to be selected via a drop down list. This is useful is you sell products in different sizes.
Payment by credit/debit card for retail and trade customers and payments "on account" to trade customers.
Secure pages for login and checkout.
Confirmation emails to both the customer and to you.

To use this demonstration site use the menus on the left. In order to create an order use the login option and create a user. This will be treated as a retail customer. Once you have placed an order you will receive a confirmation email.
